About these terms
The website at atlaspayment.org is operated by AtlasPayment Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 14829301).
We may revise these terms; the version in effect at the time of an engagement governs that engagement. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
The site
The site is informational. It does not constitute regulated financial advice, an offer of any service, or a guarantee of any commercial outcome.
We do not sell, broker, or operate payment accounts. Any commercial relationship with a payment service provider, EMI, bank, or processor is between you and that provider.
Engagements
Advisory work is delivered only under a separately signed engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and the parties bound.
These terms do not, by themselves, create an engagement, an offer, or any obligation on our part to engage.
Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to:
- attempt to access non-public areas of the site, the underlying infrastructure, or accounts of others,
- introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt service,
- scrape the site for the purpose of building a competing dataset or training a model,
- use the site, or any communication initiated through it, in furtherance of any unlawful activity.
Confidentiality
Information shared during qualification or under engagement is treated as confidential and only disclosed within the scope agreed in writing.
The sole confidentiality regime that binds the parties is the engagement letter; the site itself is not a substitute for that contract.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, design system, and visual assets are owned by AtlasPayment unless otherwise marked.
Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the engagement letter; default ownership and licensing live there, not in these site terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.
Nothing on the site constitutes regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should obtain advice from an authorised provider before acting on anything you read here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site,
- our aggregate liability for the site (excluding any signed engagement, which has its own liability provisions) is limited to GBP 100,
- nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site.
